Pattern Downloads

Do you offer pattern support?

Yes I do! Please email using the contact form, or email me at hellofridayknits@gmail.com

Where is my digital download

Once you have purchased your pattern/s, you will receive an email confirmation and an email with your downloads. Download the file that is sent to your email address within 24 hours. Be sure to check your email junk folder in case it has ended up there.

Once the digital pattern/product has been downloaded, save for your personal use only. You may NOT resell, copy, distribute, share it in any way.

Due to the nature of digital products, there are NO REFUNDS on any digital products.

All digital work is subject to copyright and any reproduction without permission will be infringing copyright.

Can I sell the finished pieces from your patterns?

I am always continuing to build this business and will like to keep the option to sell my own designs. I have previously allowed it but there were too many loopholes people took advantage of, so as a blanket rule the answer is no.

Can I return/refund my digital download?

For digital downloads, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges. For me, read out Refunds and Returns policy.

What do the different skill levels mean?

The skill levels within the patterns are based off of tester feedback. I like to have a range of testers for my patterns from beginners to advanced, though even with this it is still subjective to each knitter. I find reading the techniques used in the pattern to determine if it is suited to your skill level.

How do the sizes work?

Almost all of my patterns are sized based off of standard bust sizes. Each pattern outlines the sizes, along with the finished measurements. I always suggest measuring your size before beginning any project.

Where Is My Order?

Once your hand knit piece is shipped, it will take about 3-5 business days to get to you with domestic standard shipping. Shipping times will vary for other shipping options including priority and international.
